ASOS embraces the little guy

Not only have ASOS stepped across the pond to allow the tweens and teens of the USA to benefit from their savvy street smart and affordable looks, they are also launching Marketplace – an area on their site where small designers and vintage collectors can sell their stuff.

More fun than that, they are embracing street photography blogs paired with eBay tactics where people can resell their own pieces online. You simply take a picture of yourself in the item you want to sell ‘Tommy Ton stylie’, then post it online to sell – ASOS take a 10% fee and hey-presto your piece is sold.
