Hilary Alexander called it late last night after spotting Sarah Burton sneaking into the Goring Hotel in London…the dress we were all waiting for was Alexander McQueen. Very fitting and very chic – ’nuff said.
The lace detail was created by the Royal School of Needlework at Hampton Court Palace – I had some embroidery for my wedding dress done there, all I can remember was that it was pretty damn pricey – thank goodness she’s marrying him ‘for richer’ rather than ‘for poorer’.
Was equally blown away by Pippa Middleton’s Sarah Burton designed bridesmaid dress – surely she takes the crown for hot bridesmaid of the day…
