With Spring having officially sprung it’s time to break out the lighter layers and get set for abandoning the winter coats to the back of the closet until next Autumn. With the change of seasons also comes the chance to get your spring classics out again, and amongst the perennial favourites, one of my top picks is the white shirt. It makes a come back every year, and this time around what with oversized sleeves and tie detailing emerging as a micro trend there are some real cuties out there which you can work for all sorts of occasions. So we’ve come up with 3 ways to wear your white shirt this spring.

This white shirt is from Marks & Spencer, chino’s J.crew and straw basket by Rae Feather.

I snapped up this white shirt from Marks & Spencer, and it’s proved to be an absolute winner. Here I paired it with J.Crew chinos and a J.Crew ribbon for a belt, and it’s a super easy look for the weekend. The straw basket is my new season find from lovely Rae Feather. I bought one of her monogrammed baskets last summer, and it lasted the whole vacation season as my go-to carry-on… pretty sturdy for all that chucking it on and off planes in peak season.
