Chan luu … summer staples.

If there’s one thing I like in abundance, it’s a bit of sparkle and embellishment in my humdrum daily life. One of my go-to brands to satiate my lust for all things twinkly is Chan Luu. 

My obsession started whilst living Stateside when I found I couldn’t walk past a Calypso St Barth without drooling over the glittery pieces they stocked from Chan Luu. Not being one to rest on ones laurels on the shopping front, I soon found their web site and a pile of more sparkly stuff to ogle at.

L.A. based Chan Luu started out back in 1996 creating her unique, wearable and hand-made accessories – you know, those fab wrap bracelets in all sorts of hand-cut semi-precious stones. More recently the Chan Luu brand have been creating delicious ready to wear pieces which are perfect summer staples… and of course have a little embellishment included.

If you’re headed to the beach or a bunch of festivals this summer, you wouldn’t go far wrong with some of these items in your backpack to add that touch of glitz to your boho look.
