Bill Amberg has built a quintessential contemporary British brand with his accessories line. Harnessing materials from the UK, Amberg’s luxe leather pieces are way beyond iconic, thanks to a mix of savvy design and comfortable price points.
For Fall 13, he has reworked some of his classic pieces in new color ways and textures, as well as teaming with British Nylon to produce a collection perfect for that man in you life.
If this wasn’t enough to peak your interest and get you clicking onto his site, the noteworthy papoose is back. You know, that celebrity fave a few seasons ago. Spotting it in his showroom, it got me to wondering whether a certain Royal baby might benefit from one of these at the inevitable upcoming baby shower.
But my fave pick of the collection had to be the mini iPad case; (modelled beautifully here by the lovely Florence from Spring London.) Forget the fact that I don’t even own the new pint sized gizmo, I’m contemplating getting the case first and working it on my next night out in London.
Conclusion: Amberg’s pieces always deliver something us Brits love; beautiful craftsmanship paired with traditional materials which will last for seasons to come.
