Christmas Jumper seasonal must have

Having lived in New York for 5 years, the art of pulling off the festive jumper has eeked itself into my psyche. There’s nothing an East Coast gal likes more than to don her ironic sweater with pride during the season of all things Holiday. Since moving back to Blighty I’ve been pleasantly surprised to see that the Christmas jumper is slowly becoming a firm favourite (ironic or not) in the sartorial selections folk make over here.

Thanks to champions of the cause like Save The Children who’ve designated December 12th as Christmas Jumper Day, and their supporters like BuyMyWardrobe who are stalwarts in the upcycling of seasonal woolly pullies, this year I actually got into the whole Chrimbo jumper thing this side of the pond.

With less than a week to go until the big day, now is the time to start breaking out not only your glittery finery but also your Christmas jumper collection for work and play.
