Colour Psychology for Creatives workshop … the food edit

Colour Psychology for Creatives … check out the food.

We arrived a tad late for the Colour Psychology for Creatives workshop run by the lovely Fiona Humberstone aka The Brand Stylist the other week, thus missing the initial meet & greet. However, having found our way to the fab workshop space in the cool Brixton East venue, we loaded up on delicious flavoured water as we hunkered down for the vast teach in ahead.

The day was catered by Maddie Hatton, who certainly knew a thing or two about making colourful and delicious food.

After loading our brains full of seasonal colour theory, Fiona let us loose for elevenses… with the forthcoming upgrade on the Notes from a Stylist blog to include food, lifestyle and travel, we’ve been taking our research very seriously indeed, and felt the need to sample most things we’ve been photographing.

It was then back to the slog of mood boarding and mind boggling brand theory…

When we thought our heads were about to implode with theory, we broke for lunch and were greeted with a smoragasbord of delights.

After lunch, a little more mood boarding was done and a few light bulb moments were had. Before long, the fun came to an end, and we were celebrating surviving a game changing day of colour theory with a few cocktails…
