Cross-body bags … my new spring obsession.

I’ve always been more of a throw-everything-I-need-plus-the-kitchen-sink-in-a-massive-tote kinda gal, but with the influx of all the cute smaller cross-body bags for spring, I thought I’d attempt to reduce my unnecessary bag contents clutter and downsize to one of these babies this season.

That task is easier said than done on a work day. When hooning around press days in London, I need to be equipped with not only my trusty Nikon, but also all sorts of paraphernalia like spare batteries, iPhone chargers and the like, which generally means my only option is a big fat tote. But this season, inspired by the double-bagging trend seen at various fash weeks (yes, it’s a thing) I’ve figured out I can still rock a mini cross-body bag for my purse & make-up, whilst stashing the necessary tools of the trade in my tote…yay, cue epic hunt for the perfect bag to suit my requirements.
