It wasn’t so long ago when denim was relegated to the weekend wardrobe. Just a few years ago I wouldn’t have dreamt of suggesting donning your denim duds and heading into the workplace. But more recently, thanks to the advent of some snappy design techniques in the denim industry, there are a whole slew of on-trend items out there, which are more than perfectly acceptable for the office.

I like a crisp white lace up in the spring. These ones from The Office are at a great price point. I’ve added a simple Karen Millen tote and thrown in a pop of colour with some sunnies from The Row, a J.Crew statement necklace and this lovely Lily & Lionel scarf.
