Grey interior inspo
Whilst we’ve been slightly obsessed with all things grey for the closet this winter, we’ve also been scouring the stores for darker hues for some of the Mod Fam Food cooking shoots we’ve been doing… which got us to thinking… maybe we should be pushing a little grey into our interiors and not just reserving it for our wardrobes.
If you’re anything like me where you long to update your interior every year but can’t quite afford the price tag of a top to toe house makeover, one of the easiest ways to give your interior look a new lease of life is to update the accessories – think cushions, table linens, vases and candles for starters – switch up the colourways of the small stuff from season to season et voila your home will feel as fresh as the proverbial daisy.
I hadn’t experimented much with grey in the home until we moved back from New York. We’d rented some amazing homes whilst living over there, the last of which was a vision of calm, full of cool moleskins and silvery slates on the walls – when we headed back to London, I road tested that tonal family in our home and loved it. Grey is a great neutral foil to play with on the outfit front, so here are some fab finds for transferring that same neutral vibe to the home.
