Kate Spade Fall 14
If there’s one show which you can guarantee is going to bring a spot of color to New York Fashion Week it’s got to be the Kate Spade show. Let’s face it, that gal at the creative helm Deborah Lloyd, knows a thing or two about color. But for Fall 14, she’s also stepped up her game by mixing her embellishment with her classics, and adding a healthy dose of frippery to the looks.
I’m pleased to see all the pink and blush hues I’ve been buying into lately are still working for Fall.
With this collection there was the usual signature retro vibe, but perked up by a nod to a more modern direction. An oversized leopard print sweater worked well with a flared black skirt and I loved the touch of the kitty purse.
You can’t have a Kate Spade show without the odd pussy-bow…
I loved this neat embellished skirt suit paired with this fan clutch.
