Liberty of London – bauble bonanza
If, like me, you were glued to the TV last night watching the last instalment of the fab Liberty of London series, and have vowed to head on up there, now is the perfect time.
In the last episode you will have spotted the amazing Christmas goodies in store… well hello people…. there are less than 20 days to the big day, and it’s time to prep your roost. I don’t know about you, but I like to go large on the Yuletide front, and if there’s one thing that the Liberty of London team know what to do – it’s to deliver Yuletide on an epic scale.
Yesterday I was lucky enough to get a pre-store-opening tour of the whole magical Liberty kingdom, and took my trusty Nikon along for good measure. Not only do these guys come up with genius gifting ideas every year, they also nail it when it comes to celebrating the art of Christmas decorating. Along the way I made a mental note of all the delicious treats they have in store which are perfect for pressies or stocking stuffers.

I’m all over Christmas at the best of times – but give me a glimpse of a glittery bauble and I’m cracking open the mulled wine & rolling up my sleeves to stuff the turkey. I generally like to buy a few extra baubles each year – not least because our kids & pooches tend to trash a good handful of those glittery little blighters every time they pop out for an airing. This season I’m aiming for a pink vibe – so was definitely taken with these beauties…
Also loving all this crazy stuff…
Christmas crackers are an art form in themselves – the choices here were awesome…
Liberty of London – stocking stuffers
I also like to get stocking pressies early on – just to top up once Santa has put his stuff in obvs! The Liberty team seem to have PHD’s in editing the right balance of quirky yet fun pieces for that exact task. Loved these buckets of unique products.
So much choice and too little shopping time left….eeeeek!
Once my tour was over with the lovely Hannah I hot-footed it right back inside to cover that hit list I’d been working on. From divine smells… like Van Cleef & Arpels First and Diptyque loveliness….

To winter warmers…like this Eugenia Kim hat…
Or this cute Bernstock Spiers woolly.
The store is a joy to behold – if you get the chance definitely head on in there before the big man heads south from the North Pole. If a spin round the store isn’t on the cards – take a peek here at their ever-growing online offerings. Or shop the post below… They are also offering 30% off when you spend over £150 – use the code 30WINTER
I’m working on some gift guides from the beautiful products I spotted – watch out for those next week.
