If you want to be in Callula Lillibelle’s gang you’d better be good at mixing up your textures. For their Spring/Summer presentation the design team of William Calvert and Melanie Fraser Hart gave us a master class in modern dressing. If you need a closet full of day to night/ office to party looks this design team has it pegged.
The key was in the details, the accesories and the clever mismatching of textures. It felt a bit mad men meets modern day, a bit retro resides with the post noughties but it kind of worked and I’ve definitely got my eye out for a couple of their pieces for my early spring ‘must-haves’ next season.
