Reiss … what’s in store for spring?
I popped into the Reiss spring 14 press day before Christmas on a dismal dark, you guessed it, rainy London morning. On arrival in their press suite, whilst attempting not to drip my oversized soggy brolly all over their sleek reception area, the team were oozing joie de vivre and there was a subtle aura of spring in the air. Gagging for some form of vitamin D to counteract an oncoming case of SAD, my winter blues began to lift as soon as I saw the Reiss Spring 14 offerings.

Reiss spring 14 … the details
For spring 14 Reiss have taken resort living to a new level. Springs pastels are present in the form of mints and pale powder blues, paired with classic monochrome basics. There are some delicious white suits, and just enough of the odd pop of vibrant color in place to guarantee you won’t be able to leave the store empty handed.
They’ve nailed a number of spring trends. I’m loving the subtle glisten of the metallic woven fabrics, the feathery mini skirt and the sheer details on some of the dresses. I’ve also got my eye on a few statement shoes and bags…
