RHS Chelsea Flower Show sneak peek
The New Covent Garden Flower Market display designed by Gaby Lebetkin. ‘Behind every great florist’ at RHS Chelsea Flower Show
If you haven’t managed to bagsy some tickets for the uber divine RHS Chelsea Flower Show this season, fear not, I popped in there Monday night and took my trusty Nikon along with me to bring you some of the most fun and frivolous things which your outside space will be gagging for.
Of course, it wouldn’t be sensible to start any tour of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show without a little sustenance to help you gird your loins against the crowds all shoving for a peek at the show gardens on display. So we started our Monday evening in the hospitality tents, where the food and serving platters were impressively themed this year…
Suitably satiated, we set off at a trot to see what we could see.
First up we spotted this flower wall by The Real Flower Company – they’re running a competition to win a year’s worth of flower deliveries – all you have to do is take a selfie and post it with #Realflowerwall, so if you’re there, go check them out.
I’m wearing Joseph linen suit, Markus Lupfer knit, Sophia Webster bag.
There’s something weird and whacky everywhere you look…
And of course, there’s the inevitable people watching to be done…
I’m always a fan of a garden sculpture. Loved these ones…

Then as the clouds loomed we slipped inside the main tent to see more amazing blooms…
This stunning peacock is part of the Chelsea in Bloom trail, so if you didn’t manage to snag some tickets to the show, you can always take a stroll around the streets of Chelsea for more floral inspo.
For us, it was time to head off to a delicious supper which was of course, totally flower inspired.
