Scandi Style
After spotting Swedish clog sandals on a few celebrities I was desperate to get my hands on a pair, so when fellow fashion blogger Imanorbyah directed me to Square Street to check out their Moheda’s, I suddenly found myself in Scandi Style heaven.
Square Street named after the street where it is located in Soho, Hong Kong, is owned by two Swedish designers who create their own watches and shoes. Apart from their own designs they also sell good quality Swedish products from small factories or producers. I loved the reindeer leather and metal strap bracelets handmade by a little old lady in Sweden, they also stock beautiful simple jewellery and if you are a fan of sturdy bags, you will find a big selection of Fjällräven bags that will last you a lifetime.
Moheda
The Moheda sandals are produced by a factory that has been making clogs since 1860. As they are so on trend right now you can get them in all kinds of cool colours. Prices start from HK$ 850 and for shoes that are supposed to forever, that’s quite a bargain. I love my navy ones and they are uber comfortable. I would recommend the tan ones as well as they are so versatile and go with everything.
The watches
The Minuteman watch collection is made from acetate and they are real eye catchers, They come in all kinds of colours, I particularly like the ones with the horn cases. With prices around 1450 HK$/195 US$ and worldwide free shipping, they are fab presents as well. Check out www.squarestreet.se to see more models.
