Top 5 summer hats for vacation perfection

I always like a summer hat, the trouble is every season I end up wearing the same old trustworthy trilby. So this summer I thought I’d cast my net a little wider and see if I could bag myself a titfer that’s a little more on trend. Not that there’s anything remotely wrong with tradition – but I worked out that I’ve been wearing the same style since 2012 and summer hat style has come a long way since then.

You only have to take a quick peek at Instagram to see that my blogger pals are all over this. It’s a little like a bloggers fixation with a straw basket or a pom pom in the summer months, once bitten by the bug there’s a plague of summer hat spam that ensues, and this year, I for one am all about embracing it.

In my experience, paying a little bit more means you are buying into quality and your hat will last more than one season rammed into your carry-on bag on an Easy Jet flight.
