Christmas in July with The White Company
It seems like an odd thing to do on a hot July day, but stepping into The White Company Christmas in July event is always top of my list when it comes to press days at this time of year
As part of the quirky press season which historically rolls out its winter season offerings at the exact opposite time of year, the festive collections are sometimes a bit hit and miss. But when it comes to The White Company you can guarantee that they have nailed festive grotto diorama to a tee. It starts with the aroma of their candle fragrances as you sign in… this year look out for gorgeously aromatic hunter green candles for creating the perfect cosy vibe.
Then this season we walked through a small forest of snow covered pines to find a Christmas scene to befit a fairytale.
Twinkly lights (my personal festive go-to) adorned a central display of a new le Creuset style cookware range (in white obvs!) for the new home maker.
While the gifting suite scene had you mentally ticking off the pressie list from great aunties to tiny godchildren.
The new season clothing collection had you wishing we could skip August and make winter just hurry up and get here already. Hello, all the greys and fair-isle knits, along with faux fur bombers that will fit perfectly into my winter closet.
As usual, the Little White Company offerings had me wishing mine weren’t growing up so fast, and cosy new bedding styles were definitely going on my new season hit list come September
For those who read my blog on a regular basis you probably know I’m already slightly addicted to anything TWC – but stand by for next season folks – it’s a doozy!
And also if you missed the decor interview I did with the lovely folk at TWC you can catch up with that over on their blog here
Right I’m off to sit in the sun and start on my Christmas lists
