Anya Hindmarch bespoke birthday treats.

I spent last weekend living it up in the South of France, thanks to my lovely friends Gill & Paul, who treated a bunch of us to a last summer hoorah at their fab villa. It was a big year for birthdays amongst our gang of mates, and Gill suprised a few of us with some seriously super spoiling. On our first night as we sat down to dinner, we were greeted by some delicious Anya Hindmarch bespoke birthday treats.

I’ve always liked a spot of Anya Hindmarch luxury, but whilst away in New York she had kind of fallen off my radar. I think the last thing I got from her (which was spookily another gift from my lovely mate Portia) was a cute purse, with a photo of me wrestling a champagne cork off a bottle of fizz, whilst wrapped up in a puffa jacket on the beach at West Wittering….ah good times!

Fast forward to today, and the Anya Hindmarch brand has upped it’s game to designing and creating a series of jaw-droppingly luxe accessories. The Anya Hindmarch Bespoke collection was also something I hadn’t been aware of. Clearly now I’m in the loop I shall be immediately stealing Gill’s genius idea and purloining it for my own gift giving for all those significant birthdays which are marked in my diary. (*Spoiler alert galpals)

So in the excitement of the night I took a few dodgy snaps of our beautiful bespoke treats…

Lovely though the odd holiday snap is… I thought it fitting to give you a close up peek at the craftsmanship, packaging and overall gorgeousnous that goes into one of these babies.

You can get all manner of things from keepsake boxes to wallets to vanity kits, washbags, key holders and journals. But the best bit is, that you can then get them embossed with a personal message which suits whatever situation you are buying for – genius right!? Between us last weekend we were gifted a ‘jewels’ box, a ‘make-up’ box and a ‘nails’ box – whatever you can imagine up, these guys can emboss it within a three week turnaround.

Whilst I was away my crusty old fake watch from my hols in Turkey gave out…ah well, what do you expect for £12 from a dodgy market. I consoled myself this week by popping into J.Crew to replace it with this cute Timex for J.Crew mans watch.

Thanks Gill & Paul for an awesome weekend and even more awesome gift! My next birthday is less significant but all gifts equally accepted….
